What you see in the picture is the open side of Vela Panitula and the dive site we call Dome.
Boat is anchored on the outer edge of the reef: the wall start just a meter or two on the left side of the boat and drop to some 50 m. The red gorgonian band sits around 30 m if you take the left shoulder—save that depth for confident, experienced divers.

If instead of dropping down the wall you turn to right shoulder and follow the wall you will soon hit the overhead dome that sits just under the cliff you can see on the picture and stretches several meters under the cliff.

Since overhead dome creates shade it is recommended to have a torch for this dive.

As always when diving on walls make sure to keep an eye on your depth and gas supply regularly.
